2. Personal Data We Collect About You
Artax Biopharma collects personal data about you that you give to us via corresponding with us via email, phone or post and/or via social media platforms (including LinkedIn). It includes personal data that you may provide at the time of contacting us in relation to our company.
The categories of personal data that may be collected voluntarily includes your contact information (name, email address, address, contact telephone number), identification information, banking/billing information, legal information relating to claims made by you or against you, information contained in our correspondence or other communications with you about our services.
We may also collect any personal data which you allow to be shared that is part of your public profile or third-party social network.
We may receive information about you from third parties in connection with our operations. For example, we may:
- collect information about you from a third party in order for us to operate our business;

4. How Long We Hold Your Personal Data

We do not retain personal data in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary. When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will delete the personal data that we hold about you from our systems.

In relation to certain rights, we may ask you for information to confirm your identity and, where applicable, to help us to search for your personal data. Except in rare cases, we will respond to you within one month from either (i) the date that we have confirmed your identity or (ii) where we do not need to do this because we already have this information, from the date we received your request.

We may not provide you with a copy of your personal data if this concerns other individuals or we have another lawful reason to withhold that personal data.

If you change your name or address/email address, or you discover that any of the other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date, please let us know by emailing us using the address in Section 1 of this policy.
- Withdrawing your consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing your personal data, as set out above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 1 of this policy. If you withdraw your consent, our use of your personal data before you withdraw is still lawful.
- Objecting to our use of your personal data: Where we rely on your legitimate business interests as the legal basis for processing your personal data for any purpose(s), as out above, you may object to us using your personal data for these purposes by contacting us using the details in Section 1 of this policy. Except for the purposes for which we are sure we can continue to process your personal data, we will temporarily stop processing your personal data in line with your objection until we have investigated the matter. If we agree that your objection is justified in accordance with your rights under data protection laws, we will permanently stop using your data for those purposes. Otherwise, we will provide you with our justification as to why we need to continue using your data.
- Erasing your personal data or restricting its processing: In certain circumstances, you may ask for your personal data to be removed from our systems by contacting us using the details in Section 1 of this policy. Unless there is a reason that the law allows us to use your personal data for longer, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request.

We require all third parties to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
9. How We Secure Your Personal Data
All personal data you provide to us is stored on a secure Microsoft 365 cloud server.
We have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures designed to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed while it is under our control, taking into consideration the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal data.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do take appropriate steps designed to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to the Website or via e-mail transmission. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
10. Changes to The Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. If we make any changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted with a revised effective date, unless another type of notice is required by applicable law. 11. State-Specific Notices Regarding Your Privacy Rights
California Shine the Light Disclosure: California law requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California users who ask about business practices related to disclosing personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. The California “Shine the Light” law further requires us to allow California residents to opt out of certain disclosures of personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
California Do No Track Notice: Our Website does not change its behavior when receiving “Do Not Track” signals from browser software, and handles all personal data consistent with this Privacy Policy.
