Joe Suarez

Chief Financial Officer

Joe serves as the CFO of Artax. He is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with 30 years of progressive experience in finance and operations for biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies ranging from start-ups through commercialization and IPO. Recently, Joe was contracted to lead the finance team for three successful public mergers. Prior to those mergers, Joe spent thirteen years as the Chief Business Officer of Arisaph Pharmaceuticals and ten years at Kos Pharmaceuticals where he assisted in spearheading 10 major corporate development transactions, and raising ~$500 million in public equity, including Kos’s IPO. Joe currently serves or has served as the CFO for Georgiamune, Pulmocide, Neurobo, Seeing Medicines, Verge Analytics, Alzheon, Related Sciences, and BachBio.
