Andy Gagete, Ph.D.

Chief Operating Officer

Andy Gagete brings over ten years of experience in the biotechnology landscape. He coordinates program management initiatives, providing support through various stages of development including preclinical activities, CMC, and clinical trials. Prior to joining Artax, Andy served as COO at Bioncotech Therapeutics (now Highlight Therapeutics), where he led preclinical operations in the oncology field. Andy holds a degree in Biochemistry and a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Valencia plus two postdoctoral positions prior to joining the biotechnology field.
